MERGENTHALER is designed to use only as much energy as its current occupancy requires. This is ensured by innovative sensor technology that collects data for each room, such as usage and occupancy level, temperature, humidity, brightness and CO2 levels. This data is then aggregated and analyzed in the intelligent digital BUILDING BRAIN. This allows for coordinated, dynamic and energetically optimized regulation and control of all technical building equipment.

Using the MERGENTHALER app, users can easily make adjustments to the lighting, room temperature, sun shading and more to suit their personal needs. In case of any concerns, it is possible to contact the facility management and the property management directly via the app. Optionally, the existing app and sensor technology can be used to implement further use cases, such as room or desk booking systems as part of desk-sharing concepts.
