No guarantee can be given as to the correctness or completeness of the information provided. We expressly reserve the right to make individual changes. Additionally, the descriptions herein apply only to the buildings and office spaces described, and refer only to the status at the time of publication. The floor plans are not to scale and are therefore not suitable for measuring, for example, to plan furnishings. The condition of the buildings and office spaces is determined solely by the rental agreement to be concluded between the tenant and the building owner. Please note that the computer animations (renderings), photos, plans, floor plans and other graphic representations of the buildings, office spaces, façades and colour schemes are not binding. In particular, the renderings and other graphic representations merely reflect the illustrator's artistic vision. The illustrations and literal descriptions in this exposé are not intended to define a specific quality. In particular, the illustrations of furniture and fittings are merely examples and are for illustrative purposes only. They may also depict desired designs and/or fittings, which will only be carried out on the basis of a corresponding agreement and for an additional charge. Any corresponding designs or furnishings (e.g. furniture, sanitary facilities, kitchens, electrical appliances, outdoor furniture and planters) shall only be provided or supplied if they are part of the rental agreement and the building description, which is attached as an annex to the contract.
